My Menu primarily will depend of having and getting seasonal produce and products offered in Oregon. Also, I do offer services such as private chef, catering, and sell food in specific Farmers Markets.
The central focus in my food is sea food ( Cebiche ), salads, juices.
Menu will vary. For example at Farmers markets will provide four kinds of cebiches including a vegetarian, two types of Raw salads, and two vegetarian dishes ( pictures soon ).
